Frustrated with trying to find an "almost 90 degree"  screwdriver to fine adjust your fuel screws for best idle and cruise?
Use Factory Pro's new "finger adjustable" fuel screws to adjust fuel screws for best throttle response. Traveling to high altitude? It's easy to lean out the lowend temporarily.

Make your life easier!

Installation:
Remove old short stock fuel screws, old orings, old washers and old spring. The o-ring might be stuck in the carb, so, take a light and make sure it's really out if it didn't come out with the screw (or you can't find it after you took out the screw)
Use a small bent wire to pull it out if it doesn't drop out. Keep the old parts for "spares".

Fuel screw assembly comes with:
1 Long Boy fuel screw
 1 new o-ring
1 new washer
1 new spring

Great product, best price around for these and fast shipping! Thanks   Blargins

For the past several months, I've been working with Marc Salvisberg, the wizardly owner of Factory Pro Tuning, to create a finger-adjustable fuel screw for the OEM Mikuni carburetor on the TT-R125. Tonight, my friendly neighborhood UPS man delivered the prototype to me, and I could hardly wait to install it in my TT-R125E.

I'm sure you're like me, and you fiddle with the fuel screw all the time, but it's a major pain to adjust, as I'm sure you know. Well, our days of envying FCR-equipped bike owners with finger-adjustable fuel screws are over.

Marc came up with a "T-handle" fuel screw design that works perfectly. You can install it without removing the carb from the bike, and it's a perfect length--long enough to clear the rather tall fuel bowl on the TTR, but not too long so that it's obstructed by the clutch cable located below the carb. The "T" profile on the end is very easy to index, and its shape is easy to get leverage on with your two index fingers. All in all, it's a big success, and I let Marc know that the design is ready to go to market.

Marc has set a retail price of $XX.95 for the screw (which includes the required spring, washer, and correct-size o-ring), and they are available from his company (Factory Pro Tuning). You can log onto
www.FactoryPro.com for Marc's contact information.

BTW, I apologize for not including a photo of the screw. I was too excited to install it and try it out to take the time to snap a pic of it. At a later time, I will try to take a shot of it installed in the carb on my bike.

But, for now, get in touch with Marc and Factory Pro and "get you one"!

Hey Marc,

Raul put the cover on the drz400sm this morning, and I thought these photos were probably better quality than his phone-camera thingy. Thanks for making great product, and having great people work for you. The bike runs killer, Raul did a fantastic job tuning it, and I'm loving riding it. Need to get back on the bicycle, though...

The extension of the laboratory for engines of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology was completed in about 1935. Its architect was Rudolf Otto Salvisberg (1882-1940). He had a successful career in Berlin but returned to Switzerland after the advent of the Nazis. His architectural style was somewhat similar to that of Erich Mendelsohn. The staircase of the laboratory is in normal use but well preserved.
